DIALAM plates and coverings
DIALAM is a rough honing plate designed for demanding applications requiring efficient material removal and consistent precision. DIALAM incorporates diamond abrasives, guaranteeing long-lasting, high-performance cutting action.
It is available in two versions:
- DIALAM Blue – Contains coarser diamonds (D151), ideal for operations requiring a high rate of material removal.
- DIALAM Green – Incorporates finer diamonds (D39), offering a compromise between material removal and finish quality.
DIALAM is used with BOOSTER lubricant. This innovative system maintains cutting efficiency
and improves process control.

D-Ring support and ring for DIALAM 
They ensure effective abrasive self-sharpening by reviving the diamond present in DIALAM discs, thereby guaranteeing that the geometry is maintained and continuous regeneration is achieved.

Activation fluid for DIALAM
Activation fluid M.M.320 for DIALAM
M.M.320 Activation Fluid is used in combination with DIALAM plates to keep diamond abrasives active and sharp throughout the roughing cycle. It is designed to improve the dressing efficiency of the backing and optimise lubrication.
The use of M.M.320 Activation Fluid ensures consistent dressing of the diamonds, maintaining the abrasive’s aggressiveness throughout the process. A significant improvement in cutting efficiency has been measured.
