BIO DIAMANT® NEOLAP® abrasive slurries
All the experience of LAM PLAN in a diamond abrasive with incomparable performance. In direct line with our famous Bio DIAMANT® range, NEOLAP® diamond abrasive liquids go even further in terms of efficiency and ease of use.
High efficiency – Low consumption
The quality of the abrasive used, the strict calibration and concentration criteria and the use of new-generation water-based binders mean that we can achieve better roughness results while maintaining a high level of material removal.
The wettability of these diamond suspensions is specially designed and optimised for NEW LAM® M’M’ plates. The consistency of the binder allows the diamond liquid to spread quickly over the entire surface of the plate, producing an excellent abrasive film very quickly, for immediate cutting results.
Flatness
Contains specific additives to make it easier to mix the diamond liquid with the NEOFLUID lubricating fluid and improve heat dissipation from the plates during honing work.
Free of VOCs and CMRs
NEOLAP® Diamond Liquids are composed of a specific new-generation binder. This liquid is VOC-free (Volatile Organic Compounds) and CMR-free (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, Reprotoxic).
User health and environmental impact
NEOLAP® diamond liquid is, of course, over 70% biodegradable in accordance with the criteria of our Bio DIAMANT® label. Non-toxic and non-harmful, they are neutral, so the user’s working conditions are respected.
Improved roughness
This new generation of diamond abrasives delivers improved roughness results while maintaining high stock removal rates.
Easy to clean
Clean with water for NEOLAP® 300 and 400 series or with a washing fountain for the 100 series.

BIO DIAMANT® finishing fluids M.M.180 
Polishing suspension for crystals and natural composite materials (mother-of-pearl).
Liquid specially formulated to provide superfinish chemical-mechanical polishing and high gloss on the surface of parts, without altering the structure. Oil-free composition, cleans with water or 742 detergent, guaranteeing clean, residue-free use.

Diamond fluids Series 241
High-performance oil-based single-crystal and polycrystalline diamond liquids containing additives to limit diamond settling. Produce excellent results in terms of gloss and roughness on very hard materials such as ceramics and silicon carbides. As they contain no water, these products are particularly suitable for lapping/polishing water-sensitive materials.
Ready to use, they can be used with MM990-140 or MM950-140 fluid. Clean with Stanol or 742 detergent, leaving no greasy residue on parts.
